Observations of the Noctilucent clouds

We would like to show here a little collection of the photographs of NLC obtained during our observations of this phenomena . The observations in 1998 were carried out by the expeditional team of our planetary laboratory ( V.D.Vdovichenko and G.A.Kirienko) jointly with North-Kazakhstan University (A.A.Solodoivnik). These observations were connected with the space flight of Kazakhstan cosmonaut T.Musabaev, who observed NLC from the orbital station "MIR". Although the color pictures are more beautiful we prefere to give here mostly the black&white scanned copies of the color photographs because they show some more details thanks to higher contrast of the images.
